Limiation of Alien Culture

This man says that our laws of physics and quantum effects can be used to limit the scope of alien civilization. I say that this man is inexperienced in the ways of math and the universe. Beyond this, alien civilization is most likely time traveling and invisibility quarking itself in this very solar system. Using their interdimensional field vibration properties to wave partially into our relatively stable existence at will, but for our attention and ability to produce magnetic fields and other effects of our own.
